Anaco Team Members Anxious to Start 14-Week Walking Program

The excitement is building at Anaco as team members prepare for a new 14-week walking program which will begin on January 27. This program will encourage participants to eat healthier meals and work fitness into their daily routine by walking daily at home and at work while measuring their steps with a pedometer.
All program participants will receive an award at the end of the program and the person that takes the most steps over the 14-week program will win a pair of walking shoes and have their name placed on a perpetual trophy. The goal of the program is to help team members set a routing and establish long-term fitness goals after this 14-week program ends.
