Kennedy Valve Donates $80,000 to Elmira College
August 4, 2014
It has long been the goal of Kennedy Valve and all of the McWane facilities to be more than just a manufacturing plant in the cities and towns where our facilities are located. Kennedy Valve just took a big step toward doing just that by donating $80,000 to assist with renovations to the Gannett-Tripp Library and Harris Hall at Elmira College in Elmira, New York. The two new classrooms will feature new lecterns with multimedia control panels, idea boards, ceiling conference microphones and amplifiers, as well as multimedia cabling and data ports.
Kennedy Valve currently recruits interns from Elmira College and they look forward to working together in the future to make Elmira a stronger more vibrant city.
