Manchester Tank holds first annual HR team meeting

Manchester Tank (MTE) hosted their first annual HR team meeting offsite in Franklin, Tennessee on October 19. This meeting focused on change management, preparing for open enrollment and performance management. Betty Grogan, Director of Learning and Development for McWane, was on hand to facilitate a session on change management and Emergenetics profiles and how best to work as a more cohesive team while considering different profiles.
Jessica Tomlin, MTE HR Director, facilitated a session to assist the HR Managers in rolling out the new performance management process at their sites and Michael Rogerson, MTE HR/Benefits Coordinator, lead everyone through a very effective benefits presentation to prepare them for open enrollment.
They concluded the meeting with an excellent dinner at a local seafood restaurant, Puckett’s Boathouse.
